How to Order The Nonstop Love-In
From 2006 to 2019, I facilitated weekly dialogue groups in Oregon prisons
I directed Shakespeare plays at Two Rivers prison: Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Twelfth Night, King Lear and Winter’s Tale.
Bushra Azzouz made a documentary film about one of the plays I directed: A Midsummer Night’s Dream in Prison. The World Premiere was on August 7, 2022 at Cinema 21 in Portland Oregon.

Zeina Daccache came to see our production of “Twelve Angry Men” at Two Rivers prison in 2012. She had directed the same play at Roumieh prison in Lebanon and made a documentary: 12 Angry Lebanese.
The day after our last performance of Winter’s Tale at Two Rivers prison in 2014, Ashley Lucas led a dialogue with the actors. This is a brief excerpt from that conversation.
When I performed Walt Whitman’s “Song of Myself” in Marfa, Texas, in 2017, I was interviewed by Caroline Halter on Marfa Public Radio.
